Who we are

Custom-made products

Every piece is made specifically from your own photos and is never sold to anyone else. That is why the cancellation terms differ from off-the-shelf products.

Free preview before payment

You send us your photos, we design the piece, and we send you the preview for free. You pay nothing before you approve the preview.

Prices and payment

• Inside Egypt: a 50% deposit after you approve the preview, and the rest on delivery.
• Outside Egypt: the full amount after you approve the preview and before production starts.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds inside Egypt and in US dollars outside Egypt.
• We confirm the final price and the shipping cost before you pay anything.

Production and delivery

We start production after payment. We tell you the production and delivery times before you pay, and we send you the shipment details once it is on its way.

Production takes 5 days for all products, starting from the date of payment, plus shipping time.

Changes to the design

You can ask for changes to the preview before you approve it. Once you approve it and production starts, any change needs a new order.

There is no limit on the number of changes to the preview before you approve it, as long as they are on the same idea. A completely new idea counts as a new design.

Cancellation

• Before payment: you can cancel at any time, with no obligation.
• After payment and before production starts: you can cancel and we refund you in full.
• After production starts: the order cannot be cancelled, because the piece is made from your photos specifically for you.
• Message us on WhatsApp right away and we will tell you whether production has started.

Damage, defects, or a piece that does not match the preview

If your order arrives broken, has a printing defect, or does not match the preview you approved, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos showing the problem.

You then choose between a free replacement to the same specification or a full refund. We cover the cost of the replacement and its shipping.

What is not covered

• Changing your mind about the design after you approved it in the preview.
• Damage that happens after delivery, or through misuse or the way the piece was hung.
• The quality of the original photo you sent and approved in the preview.

Your photos and your responsibility

By sending us your photos you confirm that you have the right to use them. We do not produce offensive or unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone else's rights. How we handle your photos is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
